** Urgent Foster Carer Required **
Oscar, 8 year old Rottweiler x, is available for fostering. If you can not take on the lifelong commitment of owning a dog but have the time and love to care for one, have you considered fostering? You can experience the joy of placing a dog once unwanted into their forever loving home.
Oscar is very affectionate and just likes to be near his human friends so would suit being in a home as an only dog or with a relaxed older dog and preferably no small children. He still has plenty of energy and likes his walks & treats. He’s good on a lead, he will walk alongside you.

Giving dogs a second chance at life
We are a small group of friendly volunteers that rescue, transport and foster care for the unloved, abandoned and unwanted animals from the major pounds in NSW. Our aim is to rehome all these beautiful dogs to loving forever homes where they are able to have a second chance in life. Our aim is to rehabilitate these dogs whilst educating the community on responsible pet ownership and the joys of rescuing a poundie!
There is the team enjoying their 2013 Christmas Party. All of us, kids and partners, help in fostering us dogs.
We always have a large group of rescue dogs that are looking for new homes. These rescue dogs are placed in foster homes until they find their forever homes. By placing our dogs in foster homes we are able to assess their temperament and the way they interact with other people and animals. Every rescue dog has a different personality and we feel it is important to allow each dog to be in a loving and suitable environment in which they will thrive and learn to adapt into their new lifestyle.
We rescue dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds and personalities. We feel every dog is special and deserves a second chance at life. We believe there is an owner for every dog out there and it is just a matter of finding them. We assess prospective homes in order to best match a dog to their new owner. All of our dogs are rehomed with a two week trial and we recommend utilising this two week trial to ensure they have found a dog that is a good match for their family.
